  was so excited to try this place out. They just moved to Miami lakes, right next to my house and I follow them on instagram and see all the pretty work they do so I decided to give it a try! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by an older lady at the reception desk and right from the minute she looked at me I knew that it was gonna be a problem. She sized me up and down and asked me if I had an appointment, I told her no and explained I needed a soak off and a full acrylic set & a pedicure. The place was practically empty. she told me They would do my nails but the pedicure she wasn't sure about that if they had enough time they may or may not do it. Who would want to leave a nail salon with just A half a job . I explain that to her that I didn't want to start if they weren't going to do everything I Needed. So in other words she practically asked me to leave. She looked at me and she laughed and said I understand bye ! That has been hands-down the worst experience I have ever had in a nail salon. They gave me such a bad impression, I wouldn't go there for anything in the world. This place Is A stuck up nail that obviously doesn't take customer service to seriously!
