  Know your own specials.
  
  I go in with a coupon to have my oil changed, filter chaned and tires rotated.
  
  They finish the oil change in about 10 minutes. I ask if they rotated the tires, mechanic said yes (which they didn't, as I was staring the guy who was working on my vehicle). I told him I knew he hadn't done it (and pointed out a scoff on the driver side of the tire) he reluctantly went back to rotate my tires.
  
  God knows if they actually changed the filter and did a good job, if they have the audacity to tell me they rotated the tires, under 15 minutes, when I clearly saw the mechanic NOT do it.
  
  Go somewhere else, somewhere were people are at least honest. Seriously, I am not asking for anything out of the ordinary, but honesty and professionalism to complete the job that I paid for, but guess that's too much to ask.
