  I got an appointment for today, got there at 6;30 am to be the first, which I was. My appointment was with George.
  After 8 minutes a service person came to me who directed me to go inside and ask for George.
  He was busy with his phone. I told him what I was there for. He told me to get the insurance information.
  When I came back he was talking to another guy who had a problem. I told him I was back and he told me to wait because this guy was first. I told him that that was not true, I was there since 6:30 am and he had just gotten there. He did not like it.
  He went to help me again and told me he could not do anything without the insurance card.
  Major attitude from this guy!! I left and told him not to worry that I will go somewhere else.
  
  Very poor customer service and major attitude.
  And the phone is any better

  Terrible service department. Brought my car in for 3000 mile check up and 15 point inspection as stated in the owners manual but i was turned away. They told me i needed to bring the car in at 7 am Monday morning and they dont make appointments. I doubt very many people who buy these cars are able to drop their car off at 7am on a Monday. I believe this is an attempt to deny warranty service and I will be writing a certified letter to Ford Motor Company.
