  This place is trash ..im begining to think all the positive reviews are paid for. Horrendous customer service.. it took my wife 3 days of constant phone calls to finally reach the manager. She finally got ahold of the manager and she was treated even worse on the phone. Conclusion.. avoid avoid avoid. DO NOT BELIEVE THE FALSE POSITIVE REVIEWS!!!

  Horrible service. I was charged for extra services that were never rendered. I went for some highlights and color and now my hair is orange with blonde. Ther hair stylist (if you can call them that) were confused on what I wanted. I showed them a picture As reference but they were still confused. My scalp was burned with hot water when I told them it was too hot they told me to wait while it cools down. The operational license was not displayed nor their cosmetology license. I called the next day to speak with the manger and she was rude. She told me that I talk to much and they had a no refund policy even though my hair is orange and the policy was not on display. Worst experience in a salon ever. Avoid this place at all cost.
