  I went in there one day to get one page laminated. I arrived there @ 9:30am and didn't get out until after 12:17pm. As I sat there waiting for the Associate to help me, who was left alone in the dept, the Store Manager came out and asked her in a rude voice why there were wrappings on the floor and why she didn't pick up after the dept. She told him because she's been slammed and apologized. He looked around and saw that there was a long line of customers, and responded "Well, that's no excuse!" When I left I contacted the Store Manager, told him about the experience and told him that his two Associates were very helpful but that as Mgmt he should have stepped in to help. I told him his store was poorly run, not because of the employees but because of the management. I contacted the Associate to thank her for her service and at that point I found out that the Manager had reprimanded her for doing such a poor job and that I had called to complain about her. That Manager should be dealt with accordingly and retrained because as a Manager he should be setting a good example which is not what he did.
