    Looked at outside unit. Said pressure was ok. Turned off unit and turned it back on and said it's ok now. If it happens again just turn it off and on. I said you did not look at inside unit. He said it's not covered. I asked him to call and he said if he calls they will just tell him it is not covered. He left and then I discovered he left thermostat on heat. Not happy with his service. Never had a problem before. Been a Sears service customer for many years. Also, I do have coverage for both the inside and outside units.
