  I’ve visited this place several times to buy phones, change, add or exclude a line. They service has normally been quick and they’ve always treated me fairly. The clerks there are a bit childish and distracted but I wouldn’t expect much better. Overall, given my experiences, they work well and solve most problems fairly quickly. If they can’t do it then they’ll sit next to you with customer service on the line to help.

  I usually make it a habit to go out of my way to go to this store and purchase my phones here. I’ve gone here a couple of times to view the Note 8 to finally make the switch from Apple (after 10 yrs of owning Apple phones) and has Lisy Perez (sales associate) was helping me some douche bag co-worker of her rushed her to hurrying up with me to attend the other’s that just came in since they asked her by name. I was there for a mere 20min’s and even though I was indecisive it wasn’t correct for him to cut in and so rudely interrupt as if I wasn’t going to buy anything. I hope he wasn’t a manager of this stores because it would be sad if he would be training any nübs with his douche baggery.
  
  Other than that, Lisy Perez was exceptional. +1 for her. gg.
