  08/31 called Hewlett Packard for warranty and service information. Spent 25 minutes on the telephone with rep that did not speak English well, several inaccurate attempts to get the spelling of the the name, address correct. Finally had to go to a supervisor who had to review and revise 90% of the information that had previously been given. Spent an additional 25 minutes on the telephone with the supervisor who also entered incorrect information. Six attempts to charge my credit card because both the rep and the supervisor kept inputting the street address as the card holders name. PLEASE can HP at least use reps that are in the United States and speak the language fluently!
