  Worst customer service they dont know how to talk to their customers, had an incident with an employee. Wouldn't recomment this store at all. Really disappointed

  If you want to have a really bad time and get really stressful with a T Mobile come to this one, the customer service is the worst ever, the manager Vanessa Sucks, she will look like is she is doing a favor for you but definitely she never take a place of a customer. In the end i did what i wanted giving a lot of complaints. Really disappointed and for sure i will never go back here, the customer service in general SUCKS!!!! T mobile in Westland the worst ever!!!!!!

  I had a pleasant experience earlier this month when I was in this store. I was attended by an employee called Janelquis Garcia, very attentive, answered all my concerns, very professional and the truth was very helpful. Very good service and I recommend this store to anyone especially this employee. Great customer service.
